High season: 1st June-30th September.
Low season: 1st October-31th May (bank holidays, Easter and Christmas are high season).
Arrivals: after 3 p.m.
Departures: before 10 a.m.
Rent: by week, discount for stays longer than 2 weeks.
Short stays: with daily rate, ask to the offer for week ends (not in July and August).
Cancellation of a reservation: loss of all deposit.
Payment: 50% at the reservation, the balance at the arrival.
Caution: it will be required at the arrival.
